Your new role
In this Year 4 Teaching role, you will:
- Plan and deliver inspiring, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils feel valued
- Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform your teaching
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
- Contribute to wider school initiatives, events and extra-curricular activities
Both newly qualified teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (placement experience accepted)
- Strong behaviour management and high expectations for all learners
- A creative, engaging approach to teaching and planning
- A genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth
