Are you a dedicated and inspiring Primary Teacher seeking a new opportunity in Blackburn? At Hays Education, I'm supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 practitioner or an enthusiastic ECT who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.
Your new role
As the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Track and assess pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve their potential
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
- Build strong, professional relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience beneficial)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for raising attainment and creating engaging learning experiences
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
