The Opportunity

We're working with a growing and ambitious courier business based in Bradford who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive growth across West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a business with strong operational backing and real scope to make an impact.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and expanding the company's presence across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across West Yorkshire
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
  • Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintaining an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (courier/logistics experience is advantageous but not essential)
  • A strong track record of winning new business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
