Summary
KEY RESULT AREAS To have made an effective contribution to reaching the Trusts vision, strategic objectives and key work programmes. Full delivery of assigned projects, meeting deadlines throughout the project life cycle Development of all project documentation to a high standard Tracking of project budgets and expenditure, and project objectives and risks Tracking and delivery of the benefits of each project in collaboration with the Benefits Manager Communication and engagement with staff at all levels to ensure that there is understanding around the Digital programme and the benefits it can deliver Management of all projects to PRINCE2 standards.
