Summary

About Agile Projectech Ltd

Agile Projectech Ltd is a London-based technical project management and business transformation consultancy. We partner with mid-to-large organisations navigating complex IT and digital change programmes, delivering measurable outcomes across regulated and high-stakes environments. Our work spans financial services, oil & gas, retail, and technology sectors, with a growing focus on cross-border digital transformation in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

We are a lean, senior-led consultancy where every hire directly shapes client outcomes. We are now seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join us as we scale.

About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing position for an experienced IT Project Manager who has delivered complex transformation programmes in regulated industries. You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements, operating with a high degree of autonomy from day one.

This is not a generalist project management role. We work in environments where regulatory compliance, executive stakeholder management, and deep technical understanding are non-negotiable. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading an agile delivery team and presenting programme status to a C-suite audience.

The role has arisen from significant business growth and an immediate pipeline of new client work currently being scoped. You will be expected to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT transformation and digital change programmes across multiple client sectors

Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, resource schedules, and governance frameworks

Act as the primary client-facing lead throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations at all levels including executive and board

Apply and adapt agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to complex, regulated programme environments

Ensure all project activity meets relevant regulatory and compliance requirements for the client's industry

Drive cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate

Contribute to business development activity including scoping, proposal writing, and client relationship management

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in senior IT project management, with a demonstrable track record of delivering transformation programmes end-to-end

Direct experience managing projects within regulated industries — financial services and/or oil & gas experience is essential

Strong command of agile delivery methodologies and their application in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and C-suite relationships independently

Experience overseeing project budgets and resource plans of significant scale

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant professional certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent agile qualification (e.g. AgilePM, SAFe)

Desirable

Cross-sector delivery experience spanning two or more industries

Exposure to cloud migration, enterprise architecture, or digital adoption programmes

Experience with vendor management and technology partnership negotiations

Familiarity with tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Asana

What We Offer

Salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working with a minimum 2–3 days per week in our East Ham, London office

Direct involvement in high-impact, senior-level client engagements from day one

A collaborative, expert team environment with genuine autonomy

Clear pathway for career development as the business scales

To Apply

Please submit your CV and a brief covering note outlining your relevant experience in regulated industries to [UNNI.VANNADIL@agileprojectech.co.uk]. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The role will remain advertised for a minimum of 28 days.
