Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts to ensure their needs are met and expectations are consistently exceeded
Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction
Lead client meetings to review account performance, project updates, and future opportunities
Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to support sales and account growth initiatives
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Experience in preparing client presentations and proposals
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Desirable Skills
Experience in financial services or consulting
Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
