About the role
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in the classroom? Source Supply are seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming primary school, supporting a Year 5 class and delivering targeted interventions in Maths and English.
This is a rewarding and varied role where you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning in a busy Year 5 classroom. You will also take the lead in delivering structured intervention programmes to small groups and individual pupils, helping to raise attainment and build confidence in core subjects.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
- A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
