Primary Teacher - Full Time

Pay Rate: £170 - £223 per day (paid to scale)

Contract: Ongoing until the end of the academic year
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Sheffield from September. This is a full-time position, running through to the end of the academic year, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant school community.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports all pupils in reaching their full potential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work effectively with teaching assistants and support staff
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for education and supporting young learners
- Ability to commit to a full-time role for the academic year
