About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help students reach their potential, and contribute to a happy, inclusive classroom environment. You'll get stuck in, supporting children both academically and socially, and ensuring everyone feels included and motivated.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
- A positive, happy, and energetic attitude
- Teaching Assistant 1/2/3 (preffered not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support children with varying learning needs
- A hands-on, proactive approach to classroom support
