About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll support the delivery of engaging and stimulating activities, helping children to explore, learn, and grow. You'll build strong, positive relationships, guide social and emotional development, and create a safe, welcoming, and joyful learning space.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with children in Early Years settings
- Level 2/3 qualified (preffered not essential)
- A happy, positive, and energetic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support and inspire young learners across a range of activities
