Summary

This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career working with children at Bright Sparks, a supportive and friendly nursery environment in Crosby, Liverpool.

In this role, you’ll be helping to support children’s learning and development while making sure their day-to-day care needs are met. You’ll play a key part in creating a safe, happy space by promoting health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as following safeguarding procedures at all times.

Building positive relationships with the children will be at the heart of what you do, alongside working closely with parents and carers to support each child’s progress. You’ll also be part of a team that supports one another, following policies and procedures to ensure the best possible care and learning environment.Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
