Benefits:
- Basic salary of up to £38,000, dependent on experience
- OTE of approximately £45,000
- Service Technicians can earn up to around £35,000 plus performance bonus
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing efficiently and accurately
- Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults and issues as a Vehicle Technician
- Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults in accordance with DVSA standards
- Complete work to a high standard while maintaining safety and quality assurance
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
- Maintain accurate repair and service records as a Vehicle Technician
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or the equivalent skill level
- Full UK driving licence
- Own set of tools suitable for vehicle repairs and diagnostics
- Proven experience in vehicle repair and servicing
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
