Duties as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting using advanced technology as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Repair and service a variety of automotive makes and models
- Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance adhering to DVSA standards
- Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults
- Ensure high standards of vehicle safety, efficiency, and quality control
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles inspected, repaired, and serviced
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Significant experience in vehicle diagnostics, preferably within a workshop setting
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service
- A proactive approach to learning and development
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
