Duties:
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose complex faults accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding repairs and maintenance work
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Complete detailed reports and documentation for all work undertaken
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for automotive technology and a proactive approach to learning, especially in hybrid and electric vehicle sectors
