What the school offers its staff
Smallwood Primary School and Language unit is a one form entry school with 265 pupils currently on role, including a resource base with 45 pupils. Our recent Ofsted inspection (2022) graded it a ‘Good’ school, highlighting: ‘pupils enjoy coming to school and are safe’, ‘they value their teachers and describe them as kind’.
At Smallwood is an inclusive school where we recognise the value our pupils add to our world today and in the yearsto come. We recognise that our pupils’ futures will be in a rapidly ever-changing anddiverse world - a world that must value, celebrate and protect our surroundings, ourenvironments, our cultures and ultimately our planet.
