What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving SEND strategy and provision across the full school cohort
• Leading, mentoring, and upskilling the dedicated SEND and TA team
• Overseeing EHCPs, interventions, assessments, and multi-agency collaboration
• Working closely with parents, external professionals, and SLT to secure outstanding outcomes
• Championing inclusion, accessibility, and innovative classroom adaptations
• Using data and specialist knowledge to inform and evolve best practice
