Caretaker 10hrs - Grade 01 SCP 02 to 04 £24,413 to £25,185 fteCaretaker/Site Manager 20hrs - Grade 05 SCP 24 to 27 £35,412 to £38,220 fteActual Salary: £25,739.00The Governing Body at Broughton Primary School are looking to appoint a multi-trades person, committed, enthusiastic and motivated Caretaker with Cleaning responsibility.
The successful candidate should be able to manage the day to day running of the school site, including repairs and maintenance. DIY skills are desirable, as is the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
The school building will need to be open by 7.00am and closed from 6.00pm. Hours to be discussed and agreed. Holidays can be taken during school holiday/term time following discussion with the head teacher.
We will provide the relevant safety equipment and ongoing training as required.

Previous caretaking or equivalent experience.
