We are looking to appoint a Schools Liaison and Applicant Experience Officer to join our Marketing & Student Recruitment team. This new role will play a key part in building and strengthening relationships with schools across Sussex, delivering an impactful outreach programme, and ensuring applicants and their families have a clear, positive and well‑supported experience throughout the admissions journey. From hosting assemblies to coordinating events, guiding young people through key stages of applying, and acting as a BHASVIC ambassador in external settings, this is a dynamic position at the heart of BHASVIC’s student recruitment activity.

Contract details:


Permanent and Full Time – 37 hours per week.
Salary: £32,199 per annum (Spine point 15 of grade 5 in the Support Staff pay spine)
Salary increases annually up to £35,395 over 4 years
24 days annual leave rising to 29 after 5 years service
