Summary


An opportunity has arisen for an Extended Scope Podiatrist - Podiatric Medicine to become part of a highly motivated and enthusiastic team.

The experienced team of Podiatrists assess, diagnose and manage deformity and pathology of the foot including specialised clinics within the field of, complex foot and ankle , biomechanics, diabetes and rheumatology. Clinical duties will include working in both the outpatient and community settings

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good interpersonal skills who enjoys working with the public and a range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues to join our team.

The successful applicant will ideally have an interest in MSK and diabetes and will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with the Head of service and Clinical leads o further develop the Podiatry Service and preferably be active in research, audit evaluation. Supervision and teaching will be provided to the successful candidate.

The Podiatry Service delivers specialist care to a diverse patient population presenting with foot and lower limb conditions, primarily within a primary care setting. Led by an experienced team comprising Specialist Podiatrists, the service provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of foot deformities and pathologies.
