We're working with a welcoming Primary setting in Bradford looking for a calm, patient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. Think small wins, big impact, and a team that's got your back.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping children regulate emotions and access learning
- Working closely with teachers and SENCO
What we're looking for:
- Experience with SEN, or a natural ability to connect and support
- A steady, positive approach
- Someone who spots the little wins and celebrates them
