Summary


Are you a strong operational leader with a drive for delivering high quality services for patients and colleagues? We are recruiting to an exciting new post at the Northern Care Alliance Foundation Trust for an Associate Director of Facilities Management.

This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to lead our Facilities Management Services and join our well established team in Capital, Estates and Facilities.

The team operates across numerous acute and community sites in Bury, Rochdale, Oldham and Salford in the Greater Manchester Area. We work as one team and looking for candidates to join us who are passionate about the important role that Estates and Facilities professionals have in a patients journey.

You will have responsibility for strategic and operational management of facilities management services across the NCA. The post holder will have expertise in managing a portfolio of services with experience in leading organisational change, driving service improvement and creating positive cultural change. You will be working with senior clinical leadership teams to support patient care and align with the Trust’s organisational values of Care, Appreciate and Inspire.

Based principally at Salford Royal Hospital, with significant cross site working, the successful post holder will report to the Director of Capital, Estates and Facilities and be a member of the senior leadership team.
