Summary

The Care Professional Lead (Care Pro Lead) is a blended role combining hands-on care delivery with leadership responsibilities. This position has been designed to allow experienced care staff to progress into leadership while continuing to provide direct support to service users.

The role includes a 60/40 split between frontline care and supervision, compliance, and team support duties, ensuring continued connection to service users while developing leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Care Delivery (60%)
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to service users
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with individuals in your care
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Act as a role model for best practice in care delivery

Quality Assurance (40%)
Contribute to maintaining high standards of care quality and compliance
Support care planning, reviews, and service delivery improvements
Act as a key point of contact for your allocated team/area
