Summary
Manufacturing Technician required with experience in the plastics production industry ideally of Medical Devices, Plastics, Manufacturing and Injection Molding.
Skills
Hands on experience with injection molding machines, including machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Plastics. In depth knowledge of various plastics materials, thermoplastics, thermosets etc. Used in the molding processes, including their properties and applications in medical device manufacturing.
Familiarity with the specific requirements and standards for manufacturing medical devices, including regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
Formal training or certification in plastics manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with automated molding systems and robotics used in high-volume production environments.
