Summary
Mechanical Fitter/Testers
Location: Redditch
Rate of Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: 7:30am – 4:15pm Monday to Thursday
7:30am – 12:00pm Friday
We are partnering with a prestigious global manufacturing leader based in central Redditch. Due to increasing demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Mechanical Fitters/Testers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical fitting and testing experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret layout plans for assembly purposes
• Build assemblies from sub-assembly stages
• Inspect components and carry out rigorous testing
• Perform quality control checks to ensure standards are met
• Operate and understand inspection and test equipment proficiently
Desired Experience:
• Competent in working from technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with assembly and testing processes
