We are seeking a Change Lead to drive the execution of the business change plan for the Workforce360 programme within ISS UK&I.
As a core member of the UK project team, you will ensure that organisational change is thoughtfully designed, clearly communicated and effectively embedded across operational and support functions.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can work in close partnership with Internal Communications, People & Culture, IT, Finance, Operations and senior leadership to ensure teams are informed, prepared and supported throughout transformation.
This role plays a key part in enabling readiness, building stakeholder engagement and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and cultural shifts across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development and execution of all change management and communication activities for the Workforce360 programme.
Support Workstream Leads with detailed change impact assessments across people, roles, processes and culture.
Establish, coordinate and enable a UK-wide Change Network to drive consistent messaging and adoption.
Monitor and evaluate organisational change readiness, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
Design and deliver mechanisms for sustaining change, including embedding plans, communication frameworks and adoption tools.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to assess impact and secure alignment.
Analyse existing processes and systems to understand the nature of change and guide delivery teams.
Proactively identify risks, lessons learned and opportunities to improve change delivery.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience leading change activities within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong understanding of change methodologies and structured change practices.
Ability to analyse process, system and cultural impacts and translate them into clear stakeholder actions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage operational teams.
Skilled in facilitation, alignment-building and supporting decision-making across functions.
Proven ability to anticipate risks, plan mitigations and manage competing priorities.
Experience establishing and enabling change networks to support adoption.
