We are seeking a Business Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of organisational transformation across ISS UK&I.​

Sitting within Workforce360 and supporting wider programme teams, this role ensures that colleagues are fully informed, prepared and supported through change.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can assess impacts across people, processes and systems, and coordinate readiness activity.​

They will partner with Workstream Leads, Internal Communications, People & Culture and Operations to ensure the smooth and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and deliver change management and communication activities aligned to programme milestones.

Support Workstream Leads in completing change impact assessments across roles, processes and behaviours.

Establish, coordinate and maintain a business-wide Change Network to strengthen engagement and adoption.

Monitor change readiness across impacted teams, identifying risks, resistance and barriers early.

Develop tools, processes and materials that embed new ways of working (e.g., toolkits, guides, training aids).

Facilitate discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and operationally aligned.

Apply lessons learned from previous deployments to improve future change planning and execution.

Track adoption and effectiveness of change using qualitative and quantitative measures, escalating issues where required.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supporting business change or transformation programmes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts across systems, processes and people.

Excellent communication skills, able to simplify and articulate complex change for all audiences.

Proven ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Experience developing change materials such as communications, guides, support documents and readiness assessments.

Ability to anticipate risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
