Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting daily operations, managing communications, and assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks across the company.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and scheduling work for warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintaining and updating internal systems, including spreadsheets and production schedules
Handling all inbound and outbound calls, including customer enquiries, updates, and general communication
Managing staff working hours and assisting with weekly wage tracking
Monitoring multiple email inboxes, responding to enquiries, and sending communications
Booking pallets through pallet networks and occasionally arranging DHL shipments
Printing, organising, and managing invoices
Filing and maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting management with additional tasks as required
Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team

Essential Skills & Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
High level of computer competency and confidence using systems
Minimum of 2 years’ office/administration experience (5+ years desirable)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Full UK driving licence (required due to working hours)
