Summary

Based at Child Dynamix Head Office, 95 Preston Road, Hull, HU9 3QB
Child Dynamix is looking to recruit an outgoing and motivated individual to join the core team of the charity based at our head office on Preston Road. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to the role.
Requirements and responsibilities for this post:
Answer telephone calls, taking messages and passing these on in a timely manner
Manage room bookings, appointments and calendars
Competent in using Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Provide general administrative support to all services across the wider charity
Ensure reception areas are tidy and presentable
Flexible to cover holidays/sickness absence
