Summary

RSG are currently recruiting for Senior Social Worker or Senior Practitioner-PO3. This experienced practitioner role post will be full time, 5 days a week both office based 2 days a week and hybrid 3 days. The successful candidate will be required to undertake home visits to respond to safeguarding concerns within the 24-48 hour timeframe.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Responsibilities for dealing with safeguarding Triage and section 42 enquiries, including complex case work, Mental Capacity and appropriate management of risks
Protection plans and providing casework supervisions to other team members
Candidate required to work with Adults, families, carers and communities to help them make informed decisions, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to Safeguarding protection plans and outcomes
Act as a recognised expert within the specialist field.
Contribute to the development of practice and policy in the specialist field

Experience:
Previous experience in similar role
Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People
Ability to work as part of a team
Good Time Management Skills

Flexitime
Monday to Friday
