Your new role
As the PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining programme governance, supporting leadership, and ensuring high‑quality reporting and documentation across the programme.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive programme governance by coordinating materials, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate action and decision logs.
  • Own and manage internal and vendor action logs, ensuring timely and clear updates to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and run the programme resource plan, liaising with requestors for approvals.
  • Work closely with Finance to reconcile resource and capital expenditure.

Additional Support Requirements

  • Log, monitor, and track RAID items in Jira in line with organisational risk processes.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end change control process, including logging, tracking, and monitoring closures.
  • Maintain the programme SharePoint library, ensuring all documentation is current, organised, and accessible.
  • Manage distribution lists to ensure the right information reaches the right audiences.
  • Promote adherence to programme management standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new starters.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc requests from Programme and Leadership teams.

What you'll need to succeed
End‑to‑End Resource Management

  • Take full ownership of resource management processes, including movement tracking and capacity planning.
  • The role is expected to take responsibility for the full resourcing function once established.

Meeting Governance

  • Support approx. 30 meetings per month, including:
    • Creating meeting packs and materials
    • Documenting minutes and decision logs
    • Tracking follow‑up actions to closure

Financial Liaison

  • Work closely with Finance during monthly budget cycles and related processes.
  • A strong understanding of financial management is essential.

Data Analysis & Modelling

  • Provide analytical support, including data modelling for reporting and governance.

Risk & RAID Management

  • Confidently identify, track, escalate, and resolve RAID items using structured governance practices.

Agile & Change Delivery

  • Operate effectively in an agile setting.
  • Influence stakeholders, drive delivery, and support adoption of change and product‑focused ways of working.

General PMO Support

  • Adapt and "muck in" where required, supporting the PMO team through transition and growth phases.
