Summary

Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can gain experience supporting students in education?

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join the support team at our partner secondary school in Bury, Greater Manchester.
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position.
- £93 - £105 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Start date: September 2026

It is important that you have good knowledge of Special Educational Needs, such as Autism, Dyslexia, and behavioural disorders to be able to support students effectively. This role would be well-suited to psychology graduates who are keen to pursue a career in education.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with SENCO and support staff
- Design and implement learning schemes for students with additional learning needs.
- Adapt resources to suit individual learning styles and ability.
- Promote independent learning and self-confidence.
- Support with school routines.
- Set appropriate targets to boost confidence in learning.
