Summary
Allstaff Warehouse Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Warehouse Operator.
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operator to join a busy and fast-paced team based Hillington, Glasgow.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure accurate and efficient processing of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance forklift to safely move stock and materials
Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
Supporting delivery booking processes (training provided)
Completing basic admin tasks including updating records and delivery notes
Using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for general admin duties
Experience Required:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (in-date)
Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
Basic administrative experience, including data entry and handling delivery documentation
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (basic level)
Willingness to be trained on internal systems, including booking deliveries and stock systems
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary:
£27000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
