As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be at the beginning of your sales career and will receive full training and guidance to develop your skills. You will be working alongside an experienced sales team, learning the ins and outs of sales processes, customer relationship management, and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Training & Development: Learn about our products, services, and the sales processes through structured training and mentoring.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and reaching out to potential clients.
• Sales Administration: Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our product range and industry to confidently discuss product benefits and features with clients.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure a smooth process from initial contact to final delivery.
