Summary
To support patients/service users in undertaking activities of daily living within care plans. To monitor and report changes in patient/service user s presentation to the staff member in charge and take appropriate action. To follow all relevant policies and procedures. To report issues of concern in line with policy and contribute to any Quality and Safety processes.
