Confident using computers, including Word, Outlook, and the internet. NVQ or relevant qualification in a related field. Understanding and/or experience of stroke care and rehabilitation. Experience working in the NHS or NHScommissioned services. Previous experience in at least one relevant role (e.g., Physiotherapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Rehabilitation Assistant, Speech & Language Therapy Assistant, or Carer). Experience working in community settings. Manual handling skills relevant to stroke rehabilitation. Able to work independently, use initiative, and identify your own learning needs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own caseload. Effective communication skills, including supporting people with communication barriers. Empathetic, peoplefocused, and able to build rapport. Good problemsolving skills and adaptability in changing situations. Full UK driving licence. Foundation Degree in a related area. Experience working at Band 4.
