What You'll Be Doing:
• Shaping, leading, and evolving the school’s inclusive vision and SEND provision
• Line-managing and mentoring a passionate SEN and Inclusion team
• Strategically guiding EHCPs, access arrangements, interventions, and support plans
• Designing and delivering transformative staff CPD and SEND training
• Collaborating with SLT, LEA, external agencies, and families for holistic support
• Implementing evidence-based practices to raise standards and close attainment gaps
