Summary

Inbound Customer Service Representative – Technical/Online (Training provided)*

Full-time/Permanent contract available

Location: Westerham, Kent, TN16

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive + annual bonus scheme & great benefits

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract: Permanent

Training provided: Training period of 2 weeks

We’re looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Westerham, Kent


You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, live chat, and email (experience working in a multi-monitor or multi-system environment would be great). Whether it’s answering product queries, troubleshooting issues, or offering out-of-warranty sales solutions, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience.


What You’ll Be Doing -Customer Service Representative -Westerham, Kent, TN16


  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers
  • Answering queries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Handling service issues and escalating when necessary
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Identifying sales opportunities for out-of-warranty customers
  • Supporting other areas of the contact centre during busy periods


What We’re Looking For - Customer Service Representative -Westerham, Kent, TN16


  • A strong customer focus and a genuine desire to help people
  • Good IT skills ( experience with CRM - Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. and would be a distinct advantage) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, whether in a call centre, B2B, B2C, retail, hospitality, or another service-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations
  • A target-driven approach with a strong work ethic
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
