Summary
Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Dialysis team at Dorchester Dialysis Unit.
The role involves working with a progressive, welcoming, supportive team to deliver a high standard of care to patients attending for Haemodialysis in an outpatient setting.
The right candidate will be able demonstrate they have a professional demeanour and a passion for delivering efficient, compassionate, individualised and holistic care to patients.
There are plans to expand the unit in the future, and when this occurs there may be scope for a dynamic, highly motivated candidate to be supported to develop enhanced clinic skills to band 4 level.
A minimum of 1 year experience at Band 2 in NHS primary or secondary care with Dialysis experience is necessary. Already undertaking or willingness to start HCSW apprentice level 3 qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.
Successful applicants will be required to work variable shifts between the hours of 06.00-23:30 Monday - Saturday, and there may be opportunities/ requirements to rotate to in-patient ward at DCH and satellite unit at Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
