We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled PBS Manager to help shape high‑quality, person‑centred support across North Yorkshire, the East Coast, and Hull.
If you’re passionate about Positive Behaviour Support and want to make a real difference, this role gives you the chance to influence culture, practice, and outcomes across multiple services.
What you’ll do
• Lead and embed PBS across supported living and complex‑needs services
• Complete functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans
• Coach and support teams to deliver proactive, person‑centred support
• Reduce restrictive practices and promote positive risk‑taking
• Work closely with families, clinicians, and external partners
What we’re looking for
• Strong PBS experience within LD, autism, or complex‑needs services
• Ability to complete assessments and write PBS plans
• A warm, values‑led approach to coaching and influencing practice
• Relevant PBS/psychology/behaviour analysis qualifications
