About the role

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Animal Care Programme Leader to join our existing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to contribute to the continued growth of our Animal Care Department. We are seeking an individual with proven industry experience who is passionate about sharing these vital skills with our learners and committed to supporting their development, achievement, and future career progression.

About the person

This role will deliver elements of the curriculum across our animal care programmed offering real world practical experiences in our new purpose build animal care centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of learning and will work as part of a team of people at our Grimsby campus providing education and training opportunities to the communities we serve.

You will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to motivate yourself and learners. Have the ability to priorities workloads and also to work as part of a team.
