About the role
As an operational business manager, you are responsible for providing a clear vision for business operations, aligned with area and national strategic business aims. Working in partnership within the senior management team, you ensure high-quality operational delivery and promote best practice and continuous improvement across all aspects of the prosecution process. You oversee aspects of operational management, including performance and casework systems, audits, and implementation of change initiatives.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience in line management and leading others. You must have strong digital skills, including experience working with Excel and Power BI.
