We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer to support and enhance core business systems, applications and reporting tools within a collaborative and supportive organisation.
Working closely with the Systems Manager, the Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer will help maintain ERP platforms, support users, manage system administration tasks and contribute to business process improvements across departments.
As a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer you will also support data reporting and analytics using Excel, Power Query and Power BI, while helping implement workflow automation using modern tools such as Power Automate and PowerApps.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong systems support, data management and troubleshooting skills who enjoys improving processes and enabling teams through effective technology solutions.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer include:
• Systems Administration: Support and maintain business systems, applications and ERP platforms across the organisation
• User Support: Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and user access management for internal teams
• Data Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power Query and Power BI to support business insights
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Workflow Automation: Assist with automation projects using tools such as Power Automate and PowerApps
• System Updates: Support system upgrades, integrations and implementation of new applications or functionality
• Documentation: Produce clear system documentation, user guides and process notes
• Training Support: Assist in delivering guidance and training to users to ensure effective system adoption
• Data Management: Help maintain data integrity and support initiatives to improve data quality
• Mobile Device Management: Assist with administration and management of company mobile devices
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Experience supporting business systems - ideally with SQL-based ERP exposure
• Strong data management and reporting skills - Excel, Power Query, Power BI
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools - Power Automate, PowerApps
• Excellent IT proficiency and communication skills
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
