The role

As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be the commercial heartbeat of our decarbonisation projects. You will:

· Own contractor accounts and ensure accurate reporting and commercial insight

· Drive financial efficiency across retrofit programmes and manage budgets confidently

· Review valuations, payment applications, and produce clear weekly/monthly reports

· Work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to keep commercial and performance targets on track

· Support continuous improvement in how we deliver energy-saving works at scale

What you’ll bring

· Experience in planned works / QS / commercial roles

· Knowledge of social housing or housing maintenance (client or contractor side)

· Understanding of SoR-based contracts

· Strong planning, budgeting, and organisational skills

· Confident report writing and ability to interpret financial data

· Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships

· Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

· Eagerness to develop your skills and grow within the team
