What Will You Be Doing?

As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:

Manage costs and budgets for capital projects, including housing regeneration and development schemes.
Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
Ensure projects deliver value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Who Are We Looking For?

We want someone who is:

Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellence.
A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Adaptable and ready to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in quantity surveying, ideally within housing, construction, or local authority projects.
Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts
Experience in budget management, cost planning, and procurement.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and IT systems.
