Calderdale College is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Inclusion to lead and evolve its inclusive education offer.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring that inclusion is not siloed, but embedded across curriculum delivery, learner support and the wider student experience.
You will oversee provision for learners with SEND, those with EHCPs and individuals facing barriers to engagement, ensuring consistent, high-quality support that drives measurable outcomes.
Key focus areas:
- Strategic leadership of inclusive learning and support services
- Oversight of specialist provision, including Employability & Life Skills and 14-16 pathways
- Driving consistency and quality across all areas of inclusion
- Leading teams to deliver impactful, learner-centred support

You bring a strong background in inclusion or SEND leadership within education, alongside the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and deliver improvement at scale.
