This isn't just about supporting learning, it's about helping children feel safe, understood, and confident in their school day.

You'll be working with pupils across KS1 and KS2 with needs including MLD, SLD, ASD, and PMLD, supporting them in the classroom, encouraging independence, and celebrating the small wins that really matter.

No school experience? No problem.
If you've worked in care, supported others in your personal life, or just know you've got the patience and empathy this role needs, we'd love to hear from you.
