Summary
Are you a people person who enjoys making a real difference? Calderdale Council’s Customer First team is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused superstar to support residents across our services.
In this role, you’ll:
• Be the first point of contact for customers, guiding and solving problems.
• Handle a variety of enquiries, from everyday questions to complex challenges, with full training provided.
• Grow your skills with opportunities to handle phone, live chat, email, and social media interactions.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent experience in a customer-focused role.
