Mencap is looking for brilliant Support Workers to join our friendly team in Worksop!
This is your chance to make a genuine impact in the lives of people with learning disabilities — supporting them to live confidently, independently, and joyfully. Every person we support has their own personality, hobbies, and goals… and you’ll be right there cheering them on.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same! You’ll help with day‑to‑day tasks, offer emotional support, and create those small-but-special moments that mean everything.
You’ll be working alongside a diverse group of amazing individuals, each with unique strengths and needs.
A driver is preferred but not essential — so don’t worry if you don’t drive.
