Summary
Job Title: Senior Finance manager
Contract Duration: 18 months - 3 days a week onsite
Location: Reading
Working Arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Inside IR35
Requirements
Strong budgeting, reporting, and accounting experience
Stakeholder management at all levels, including senior leaders
MOD/Defence or public sector experience
Executive reporting experience
Experience with Oracle Fusion/ERP (desirable) and EPBCS (desirable)
Experience in transformation initiatives (desirable)
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Deliver financial activities on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Develop functional strategy and drive execution
Lead, manage, and develop finance team members
Ensure financial controls, compliance, and accurate reporting
Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
Identify and implement process improvements
Lead by example to create a high-performing team
