Summary
Tadley Court School are looking to recruit an Administrator with responsibility for all areas of finance.
We are looking for enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office, excel & word. The successful candidate who be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner. You would be joining a busy but supportive team, full training will be given.

Raising Purchase Orders on the Aspire purchasing system, ensuring the correct budget codes are used and prioritising orders in terms of school needs
Responsible for the management of the Petty Cash according to the Petty Cash policy and reconciling this to send to Treasury
Be able to generate reports on purchasing costed from varying budget codes and analyse for information
Ensuring that any invoices received are correct and include the relevant purchase order numbers before sending to Accounts Payable
Receipting goods on arrival and ensuring quantities match the delivery and delivery notes, dealing with any discrepancies and returns
Filing financial documents (Invoices, Petty Cash Control sheets etc.) by financial year electronically, including hard copies where applicable
Inputting weekly hours worked for all colleagues (hours entry) to ensure that monthly pay is correct.
Liaising with the payroll department in relation to the processing of pay
Supporting with other administrative duties and front of house cover when needed
